Bossier City , Louisiana is home to the new Cyber Innovation Center (CIC), a state of the art research park whose focus is to protect our nations interest by becoming the leader in cyberspace and cyber infrastructure research and technology development. Specifically the CIC will foster collaboration, research and technology development in the cyberspace industry.

It is more important to note that the CIC will work very closely with Cyber Combat Development Center, also located in Bossier City. As the CIC Serves as a conduit between local, state and federal agencies, private industries and the academic institutions, it will be building a knowledge based economy that supports cyber intitiatives, education and workforce development.
